What is TeamIV about

What if everyone who wanted to volunteer felt supported along the way?

TEAM IV was created with this idea in mind.

We are building a space where people can learn how to become mentors, connect with others, and support inclusive volunteering — especially for people with disabilities.

This platform brings together learning, community, and real-life practice. You can explore training materials in different languages, reflect on your own journey, connect to others, and discover how mentoring can make a difference — for others and for yourself.

Take your time, explore, and see where this journey takes you.

Learn what you need to be a mentor!

If you want to empower and support people with disabilities in their volunteering adventure, you’re in the right place. We have created a training course, where you will find out more about the benefits of involving people with disabilities in our projects, you will see what a mentor is and what you need to know to be one, and you will discover some great tools and concrete practice examples.

Just pick the language you want to learn in, enjoy, and sharpen your skills!
